‘Plondo’ Earns NBA 2K League Intel Performance Player of the Week Award

Bucks Gaming forward Tyler “Plondo” Lay has been named the NBA 2K League Intel Performance Player of the Week for Week 8, the league announced today.
In Bucks Gaming’s wire-to-wire 67-41 win over Magic Gaming on Friday, Plondo dropped a game-high 36 points on 15-for-25 shooting, hauled in seven rebounds, dished out four assists, blocked four shots and had two steals. In 11 regular season games this season, Plondo is averaging 13.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 2.3 steals and 2.0 blocks per game while shooting 61.7% from the field.
Bucks Gaming currently stands in eighth place in the 21-team NBA 2K League with a record of 6-5. The team will participate in THE TICKET Tournament this week, tipping off against Heat Check Gaming on Thursday at 5 p.m. CT.
